Drop 01 pre-orders.
Pre-orders
Drop 01 is pre-order only. Your payment funds production, so we only place the production order once pre-orders close.
Cancel before production starts
You can cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time until we email you to say production has started. To cancel, email admin@novaturientworld.com with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Once production has started
We'll email you when production begins. From that point we can't offer refunds for change of mind, because each piece is made for the drop. This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law, set out below.
If we can't deliver
We'll refund you in full if:
- Drop 01 doesn't reach its minimum number of pre-orders, or
- we haven't dispatched your order by 31 May 2027.
Our estimated dispatch is April–May 2027. We'll email you if that changes.
Faulty, damaged or not as described
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from its description, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Email admin@novaturientworld.com and we'll arrange it, including return costs.
